Mr. Tran Trung Kien holds a Master of Laws from Hanoi National University and has more than 14 years of experience in investment & corporate consulting practice.

Before joining SB Invest, Mr.Kien held the position of Vice Director of a famous law firm in Vietnam. Now, he is a partner of SB Law and vice chairman of SB Invest’s board.

At SB Invest, Mr.Kien is responsible for investment, corporate, contract, and complex legal transactions.

By participating in consulting for international transactions, Mr. Kien is highly appreciated by IFLR 1000 magazine and is mentioned in the list of consulting lawyers in Vietnam for international investors.
